Returns
Items must be returned within seven days of receipt, and be in the same new and unused conditions as at purchase. Returned items will be subject to a 10% handling charge. Customers Credit/Debit cards or Paypal Accounts will be credited within 7 days of goods being received back in warehouse providing terms and conditions are met.
Carriage
Carriage will be calculated by weight and goods despatched via Royal Mail Recorded delivery or ParcelForce/DHL whichever deems to be the most economical for the customer. Customers are responsible for supplying a delivery address and telephone number for the said carriers. It is acceptable for a customer to arrange their own carrier to collect a consignment. Yeltsa will package and label the goods free of charge. Customers can only make their own collection in person at the Yeltsa warehouse if prior arrangements have been made. Yeltsa is a mail order company and as such does not have a collection point or shop.
Conditions of sale
Purchaser is responsible for determining the suitability of any and all products purchased from Yeltsa. Purchaser understands and recognises that racing competition parts and equipment, such as brake discs, hubs, callipers etc., and all parts, inventory and services manufactured and/or sold by Yeltsa are exposed to many and varied conditions due to the manner in which they are installed and used.
Purchaser and Yeltsa, consciously desire to make their own bargain, irrespective of any court decision and purchaser agrees upon good faith and in consideration for being allowed to purchase from Yeltsa does not make affirmation of fact or promise to purchase which relates to said parts, inventory or service, that becomes part of the basis of the bargain between Yeltsa and the purchaser. Nor does Yeltsa make or cause to be made to purchaser any description of the goods sold to the purchaser, nor does Yeltsa, make, or cause to be made any affirmation of fact concerning any sample or model of racing parts, and equipment , inventory or service.
As further consideration for purchaser using Yeltsa and equipment any and all inventory and services, purchaser acknowledges that due to the differing conditions and circumstances under which all equipment and parts are installed and used.
Purchaser is relying on Yeltsa skill or judgement to select or furnish the proper part or equipment. Purchaser expressly affirms they are relying upon their own judgement to select and purchase suitable goods. Yeltsa makes no warranties whatsoever, expressed or implied, oral or written to purchaser. There is no warranty of merchantability made to purchaser. Yeltsa further excuses any implied warranty of fitness to racing and competition equipment, any and all inventory and service.
It is expressly understood and agreed between purchaser and Yeltsa that as part of the bargain between Yeltsa and purchaser, and in consideration of doing business with each other and purchaser takes, selects and purchases said racing parts, equipment and all inventory or services from Yeltsa. As is and with faults and Yeltsa shall always provide purchaser with a full and complete opportunity to examine at purchasers leisure and convenience, any racing parts, equipment and all inventory or services when purchasing or contemplating purchasing from Yeltsa. If and in the event that the purchaser expressly or impliedly cause representations, statements or affirmations of fact contrary to this disclaimer of all implied warranties, expressed or implied then purchaser agrees to identify and hold harmless Yeltsa in the event of any claim, demand or legal action against Yeltsa by any.
Purchaser.
Purchaser understands and agrees that no offer, director, employee or salesman of Yeltsa has any authority to make any statement contrary to the term of this agreement. On the contrary, Yeltsa disavows any statement contrary to what is herein above written.
Components are designed for competition, race and rally cars. For race circuit and off road use, we strongly recommend when preparing a competition car that all parts are fitted by a fully qualified technician.
