Nova Corsa Rear Gearbox Mount Spacer Kit
The rear gearbox spacer kit should be assembled with two spacer plates between the gearbox mount and the gearbox casing and the third plates is put flat on the other side of the rear mount.
Please note that the rear gearbox mount must be altered slightly to allow the gearbox spacers to sit flat against the sides.
This can be done my grinding/filing the lip back in the appropriate position as shown in the pictures.

The two original mounting holes are used to hold the gearbox mount as normal, the third additional third mounting hole provided is where the anti-crush spacing tube should be fitted to stop the lug of the outer spacer plate from bending in towards the gearbox casing.
An assembled kit is shown in the picture below.

And once the spacer kit is built and fitted to the gearbox this is what the finished result should look like.

This spacer kit can be fitted to the F16 and F20 gearbox and also the 6speed F28 gearbox as shown in the above images and used on your Vauxhall Nova, Corsa or Tigra.
